Limey the Rainbow Fish

Once upon a time, in the crystal clear waters of Coral Cove, there lived a cheerful lime green fish named Limey. Limey loved to zoom around the coral reefs, chasing bubbles and playing hide-and-seek with his friends. But one sunny day, Limey spotted something amazing: a giant rainbow stretching across the sky! "Wow!

I wonder if I can slide down that rainbow," thought Limey, his fins wiggling with excitement. Without a second thought, Limey darted up to the top of the rainbow. There his friend, Terry the Turtle, waved his flipper. “Limey, where are you going?" he called out.

“Be careful up there!” “I’m going to slide down this rainbow!” yelled Limey, giggling.

He took a deep breath, wiggled his tail, and whoosh!

Down he slid, faster than a school of fish!

As Limey swooshed down, he zoomed past a whole bunch of startled birds—Tina the Toucan and Benny the Bluebird.

“Wheeeee!” Limey shouted, making them giggle.

Before long, Limey splashed into a sparkling pool of water at the end of the rainbow, making a HUGE splash!

“That was the best ride ever!” he exclaimed.

Tina and Benny landed beside him, flapping their wings excitedly.

“Let’s do it again together!” they cheered.

So, Limey, Terry, and their new feathered friends all took turns sliding down the rainbow, laughing and splashing together until the sun dipped below the horizon.

And from that day on, they never missed a chance to ride the rainbow whenever it appeared, creating memories filled with joy, laughter, and silly secrets.

And so they lived happily under the shimmering waves and bright skies.
